2007       Royal Dublin Society’s Taylor Art Award. - Spanning three centuries, the RDS Visual Art Awards are among Ireland’s most important visual arts accolades. Roderic O’Conor, Walter Osborne, Louis Le Brocquy and Dorothy Cross are just some of the past winners of the RDS Taylor Art Prize.

Upcoming Residencies

• TAP Residency 2024/2025
  Selected as one of four artists for the Teacher-Artist Partnership+ (TAP+) Residency in the Leitrim, Roscommon, and Longford education district. This program supports artists in collaborating with educators to enhance arts education in schools.

• BLAST Residency 2024/2025
  Scheduled to participate in the BLAST (Bringing Live Arts to Schools and Teachers) Residency. This program focuses on integrating arts into education through collaboration with schools.

Professional Development

2024 TAP+ Trained Creative Practitioner - Completed the Teacher-Artist Partnership+ (TAP+) Summer Course as one of four selected artists in the Leitrim, Roscommon and Longford education district. This initiative, supported by the Department of Education focuses on enhancing and supporting arts education in primary schools.

2023 National Youth Council of Ireland (NYCI) - Child Protection and Awareness Programme. Good practice safeguarding for the youth work sector, facilitated by Darragh Kennedy.

2022 Human Focus International - IIRSM Approved Ladder Inspection and Safety Certificate.

2019 LEO: Start Your Own Business Workshop with Liam O'Brien at the Leitrim Development Company in Drumshanbo, Co. Leitrim.

2013 Leitrim LIVECRAFT | Creative Training Programme by the Leitrim Development Company under the Rural Development LEADER Programme. Modules completed: business and marketing, portfolio development, product design, business master class, new product development module, business planning, marketing, finance, and creative thinking.

Projects

• 2024 Artist Alley Participant, Dublin Comic Con - Participated in the juried Artist Alley at Dublin Comic Con in the Convention Center Dublin, showcasing and selling original artwork. Selected through a competitive process, this opportunity marked my first involvement in a major comic and pop culture event.

• 2024 Live painting at Forest Fest in Portlaoise, Co. Laois.

• 2024 Live Painting Project, Temenos Community Forum - Collaborated with direction of  Ivory Worldwide to create a live-painted installation cuboid piece at the Temenos Community Forum, held at the Convention Center Dublin. This major global banking technology conference explores how advancements such as SaaS, Cloud, generative AI, big data, and embedded finance are transforming the financial sector and enhancing customer experiences.

• 2024 Brigid street art Mural, Market Square, Portarligton, Co. Laois. Live Painting as part of their Bríd Sa Spéir, Brigid Day Festival.

• 2023 Traffic Calming Mural Design Collaboration - Loretto Secondary School, Kilkenny County Council, Safe Routes to School Program.

  Awarded the tender to design a traffic calming mural in collaboration with 5th-year students at Loretto Secondary School, part of the Safe Routes to School program. The completed design was approved by Kilkenny County Council. The design has been approved by Kilkenny County Council. The mural Installation is pending further site considerations.

• 2023 Night & Day Mural, The Sensory Garden Drumshanbo, County Leitrim for Drumshanbo Tidy Towns as part of their Sensory Garden project

• 2023 Live Painting at 'Block Party' in Charlemont Square, Dublin at Atelier Now, Curated by Maser with support from Kildare Village as part of their Colourama festival.

• 2023 Blue Mermaiden Mural, painted at the opening event of Space - "Space to Create" In the ‘Visual Artist Ireland’ building in Curved Street Templebar, Dublin.

• 2023 Fairy mural at entrance to Phase Gallery, Rathgar, Co. Dublin. Painted as part of the opening event of 'Streets of Dublin' exhibition curated by Kathrina Rupit.

• 2023 Climate Justice Mural in Aghamore, Co. Mayo. The project was facilitated by the Aghamore Foróige youth group as part of the European Youth Climate Justice Fund, which aims to amplify the voice of youth on issues of climate justice.

• 2023 Hit The North, International Street Art Festival Belfast. Mural created on Kent Street, Belfast City Centre.

• 2023 Mural in Boyle Town, County Roscommon for The New Art Gallery beside the Boyle River in the Shambles area, Bridge Street .

• 2022 Live Painting 'The Veil Wears Thin' Belfast City Centre 2022, at Artcetera Studio, 43 Rosemary Street.

• 2022 Her Heart Matters Campaign Mural for The Irish Heart Foundation on World heart Day, a collaboration with Arú Roncada at Marks and Spencer, Patrick Street, Cork City Centre.

• 2010       Temple House Festival Medieval Potter Workshop, In re-enactment medieval village a collaboration with Leitrim based artist John Lyon.

• 2003–2006     Consecutive years Leechrum/ Sliabh An Iarainn Festival –Painted Quilt Workshops a collaboration with Leitrim based artist John Lyon, Summer Lúnasa weekend. A visual recording of peoples moral at the festival in paint. Duties included: planning/building installing area/tent installation, organizing team members and hosting workshops. Drumshambo, Co.
