Payment
We accept all currencies, credit cards, debit cards, and online payment processors including PayPal via Stripe. All prices are in EURO but all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.
UNPAID ORDERS/CANCELLATIONS. Any unpaid orders will regrettably be cancelled within one week unless buyer has contacted me.
Shipping
All items direct from the studio are shipped via Irish 'An Post' , Irelands main postal service.
I ship internationally. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the number of countries I can send mail to is changing daily. Check for your country on ‘An Post’s list of destinations to check availability.

SHIPPING TURNAROUND
Items are posted out within 2-4 business days after payment has been completed.
Prints from the studio usually take a maximum of 2 weeks (usually faster) from the time of purchase in order to be prepared for shipment, as I am hand printing and packaging each print with love and care. Prints are then shipped with An Post, First Class Post, which can take approximately 1-3 business days for Irish orders. For international orders, timing will vary depending on your local customs office. Thank you in advance for your patience.
Custom/larger prints please allow for 5-7 business days.
Most items are shipped via Irish 'An Post' first class or first class international to save on shipping costs. Unfortunately this also means first class mail does not guarantee a delivery time nor does it provide a tracking number. Transit times will vary depending on location.
Original Artworks over €100 are sent with Insurance and tracking.
SHIPPING UPGRADES/INSURANCE/TRACKING INFO
If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority, with Insurance and/or add the ability to track your package, please contact me and I will send you a separate invoice for the added services. Shipping rates include shipping, handling and packaging costs. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
VAT / Sales Tax
Tax is added at the checkout at a rate of 23% which is the current Irish standard rate of vat.
On Demand Printed Products & Apparel
On Demand printed clothing and merchandise products are printed and produced by an outside professional printing company and shipped to you directly. It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products. Average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination. Because these are printed on demand for each order, I cannot except returns if you change your mind, but your item arrives damaged please take a photo of the damaged item and email it to me at harriet@myfanwynia.com with your order number and a short explanation and I will seek you a replacement from my supplier. Thank you.
Print on demand (POD) is a way artists and designers can lessen their environmental impact. By printing only as needed, POD reduces wasted materials, paper, ink, and associated printing costs, lowers energy consumption. POD results in fewer unsold products, which leads to less waste in landfills.
Refunds and Exchanges
In general, no returns, exchanges or refunds for any handmade items will be allowed. The one exception is for goods damaged in transit, in which case a store credit will be given.
I do my best to ensure your item is packaged properly. In the event you've received a damaged item, please contact me right away with a photo of the damage.
If a print arrives damaged during shipment, I will gladly send you a replacement print. Please take a photo of the damaged package and print and email it to me at harriet@myfanwynia.com with your order number and a short explanation. Thank you.

ARTIST SIGNATURE AND DATE: Open edition prints are unsigned. Limited editions prints are hand signed & numbered on the front of the print. Original Artworks are signed and dated upon leaving the studio, they include a certificate of authenticity.
