Average shipping and production time is 11 business days. Orders from the EU ship from within the EU. Orders from the USA are produced and ship from within the USA.

Because these are printed on demand for each order, I cannot except returns if you change your mind, but your item arrives damaged please take a photo of the damaged item and email it to me at harriet@myfanwynia.com with your order number and a short explanation and I will seek you a replacement from my supplier.
